These are not too hot, they are a perfect amount of heat. 

Same as above only smaller appetizer sized. So instead of 12 you get more like 24-35 pieces. Perfect when having other foods. No mixing or matching varieties. Choose one. 

1/2 trays feed up to 25. Choose from; Spanish Orange Rice, White Jasmine Cilantro lime, or add $15 for Asian styled Fried rice with green onion, egg, and tiny pieces of pork bbq.  

Choose from our #1 choice Nana's traditional refried pinto beans, vegan black beans, or add $10 for Borracho whole boiled beans with tiny bits of bacon, onions, cilantro and tomatoes stewed. Add cheese or not. 1/2 tray feeds up to 25.

Green tomatillo tangy spicy Salsa, Mild-Medium Tomato Salsa Fresca, Guacamole Salsa Mild-Medium, and our Spicy Queen Goddess salsa. Shes super flavorful and spicy! Add a mix.

This 1/2 tray feeds up to 25! Choose from Potato salad, Macaroni salad (add $20 for shrimp added in) Pasta salad, 7 layer bean dip, or green chile pork, bean and cheese dip or  Cole Slaw ($69 for 1/2 tray) or warm chile beans with ground beef.    

Appetizers or as a Main Dish, sandwiches are cut up and served on tray. Can feed up 15-25 guests. Not sweet. We use Best foods mayonnaise, and slices of cucumber. Seasonings like dill, pepper and a sprinkle of paprika and cayenne. I also do chicken and tuna sandwiches. Ask for prices.   

These are packaged in 16 ounce delis for each guest. Buy as many as you'd like and I can provide a 1/2 tray for you to serve in. Delicious with our chips. And its perfectly seasoned. Has shrimp, crab, cucumbers, onion, cilantro, tiny serranos, avocado on top. Made with the broth of the shrimp. Great the next day especially for the hangover.
